Why should I pre-order now instead of waiting?

Pre-orders fund the first production run and reserve you a slot in it. The early-bird price is the lowest Testladen will ever be — it ends on the first milestone in the timeline above, after which pricing moves to the standard tier. Reserving now also gives you priority for onboarding and adapter configuration.

How much does Testladen cost?

The prices in the tiers above are placeholders while we finalise the first run. Pre-ordering during the early-bird window secures the lowest price and locks it in even if the final list price is higher. There are no hidden fees — the tier price is the one-time device price (excl. VAT); shipping is quoted separately based on your location.

When will my unit ship?

Shipping starts at the final milestone on the timeline above (currently planned for Q1 2027). The bar updates automatically to show today's date and the days remaining until each step. If the schedule changes, we'll email every pre-order customer well in advance.

What exactly is included?

Every unit ships with the Testladen base device and its pre-installed test environment, a standard adapter set for common embedded interfaces, full documentation with example test cases, and 12 months of updates and support. Higher tiers add extended adapters, priority support and a longer update window.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes. A pre-order reserves your production slot and can be cancelled for a full refund any time before your unit enters production. Payment is handled securely through Shoprocket.

My setup needs a custom interface — can Testladen handle it?

Very likely. Testladen is built to be extended, and the Enterprise tier covers custom interfaces, fixtures and on-site onboarding. Talk to us about your test setup and we'll confirm the fit before you order.
